Education: B-Tech Mechanical/MBA in Marketing/Business
Experience – 20 to 22 years (5-10 years’ experience in senior executive profile as CMO)
Age – 45 to 48 years
Industry exposer – Automotive
Primary Responsibilities / accountabilities:
Marketing & Sales
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and work on Business growth by penetration in the new market for new products.
- Revenue generation in 4w (PV) and export marketing for Die casting as well as friction products.
- Develop new business framework promising high level of customer satisfaction and good margins.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence and provide business inputs to board and marketing team.
Strategy
- Looks after the future capabilities like JV (Joint Venture), Merger and acquisition.
- Planning and strategy of near and long-term business goals to ensure consistency in the revenue.
KPI – 1. Revenue Growth (Vertical Wise & NCNP,ECEP, NCEP), 2. New JV & M&A, 3. RFQ conversion
Operations
- Assess competitor risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department and track KPIs on regular basis for effective outcome of the team.
- Sales and marketing budgeting process on a continual basis and regular monitoring on it with senior leadership.
- Design plan and execute effective market campaign and schemes for further revenue generation.
- Mentor to senior executives at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
KPI- 1. Budget vs Actual, 2. Segment wise Margin increase, 3. Cost of sale
