EXPERIENCE :
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identifying
- New business areas, segments for marketing of Life & General Insurance products.
- Prospective clients, enhance business from new customers to achieve higher revenue.
- Work closely with Insurance partners and ensure right pricing to customer and ensure seamless customer journey
- Driving attachment for all verticals of business ( Asset insurance and Credit/Life insurance)
- Drive this as revenue generating business
- Support the business team in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc. Relationship Management
- Spearhead all lead generation initiative – whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
- Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied working closing with insurance partners.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS QUALITATIVE
- Achieving sales targets
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
- Ensure compliances through regulatory filing and process adherence
- Arranging training programs for staffs on products and selling skills
- Drive R&D
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Managing customer relationship & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
- Attending to investors/ clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps to resolve them effectively.
