Executive Assistant to Country Head – India

                    

Educational Qualification:  

BE / B Tech (Mech. /Metallurgy) 4 years full time program with M.B.A / PGDBM in Marketing / Operations / Strategy / Finance preferred. Formal education to be from reputed institutes / universities.

Level: Dep. Mgr. – Mgr.

Age (in years) :      Less than 35 years of age

Company Location: Noida

Experience (in years):    3 – 5 years 

Nature of Experience:

  1. Exposure to automobile and auto component manufacturing industry and advanced manufacturing processes / facilities.
  2. Experience in similar kind of business shall be an added advantage.
  3. Preferred 0-2 years of experience in similar role.

Role and Responsibilities :

  1. Assist Country Head in day to day business operations / decision making through dashboards & other reports
  2. Assist Country Head in data collection and preparing agendas, reports, presentations, minutes, etc.
  3. Collaborate with concern personnel/department and maintain constant follow up with internal & external stakeholders for various tasks
  4. Assist in Calendar planning. Plan and schedule business reviews and coordinate with various stakeholder
  5. Coordinate operational and other project reviews and track execution of identified actions points
  6. Complete pre work assessment / evaluation of presentations before business reviews
  7. Maintain schedule and keep track of Qtr. / Half yearly / annual MIS and budget reviews and approvals
  8. Perform technical feasibility study in case of Opex / Capex and share inputs
  9. Perform financial viability of proposals and due diligence
  10. Perform Industry benchmarking and analysis
  11. Networking and customer interactions
  12. Act as an ambassador for Corporate image building and presentations
  13. Perform critical audit analysis and share findings.
